3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This confirmation will also include payment details including electronic transfer or over the phone payment. 

4. Payment

Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving confirmation email via the accepted payment methods listed above. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship your order within 2 business days (we do not process over weekends or public holidays). Delivery times may vary based on location and local postal services. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Gifts may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at thefragrancehall@bigpond.com. Freight at customers expense. We do not offer refund for returns or exchanges. 

7. Gift Messaging

When purchasing a gift, you may have the option to include a personalised message. Please ensure that all messages have the correct spelling as we will send exactly what is entered into this field.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our site after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
